About Thai massage

Thai massage combines pressure and stretching techniques to release tension throughout the body. The therapist works with her hands, thumbs, elbows and forearms, and sometimes with her feet and body weight. Unlike many other forms of massage, Thai massage also involves gentle movement of the joints and stretching of the body, creating a deep sense of physical and mental relaxation. It can also be adapted for pregnancy.
